Return and Refund Policy

All products sold in are Not Returnable and Not Refundable.

We only accept returnable for exceptional cases below:

  • Wrong item was shipped to customer, and the package still not opened by customer
  • Customer received a malfunction product, with confirmation from our technical support team that is a malfunction unit. Our logistic team will assist the customer to ship back the malfunction unit for warranty claim.

Customer's responsibilities as below:

  • Customer needs to make sure correct product is ordered before making any payment
  • Customer needs to make sure the shipping address provided to us is correct, customer will need to cover the 2nd times shipping cost if provided wrong address
  • Customer needs to make sure the item received is correct before signing the shipping slip
  • Customer should not open the package if find that is incorrect item, and must reject the package to get the courier service return the wrong item to us
  • Customer should contact us as soon as possible once found that product is incorrect or malfunction
